• Low Temperature Control for cooking sauces, pastry crmes, and chocolates

Professional Series
Medium power for middle volume applications. 2500-2900W rating perfect for higher volume cooking with sauté pans, frypans, plus stir-fry pans and medium range stockpots and saucepots. Improved cooking times vs. commercial series when used for omelets or reheat station. Ideal as a pasta station.

Commercial Series
